Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard shipping rate is $7.00. Expedited and overnight shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at creekandcompanync@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
